People Have Rights, Not the Government

Picture

People have rights. The Government does not have rights. The Government has the Power and Authority to infringe upon our rights that we gave it - and that we can take away.

As stated in the preamble to the Declaration of Independence, in the USA, people are BORN with certain inalienable rights. The U.S. Constitution does not give us these rights; it protects them.
